I think your plant will make it, but if you can put THAT cup in another container almost the same size that isn;t clear..... look around and be creative. Hell. Wrap it in paper and tape.

That looks allot better. Roots don't like light.
How long do you think it'll be in shock for? And is it gonna start growing really slow now? And what should I do about all those leaves just nearly all dead and stuff just leave them? Also I have never fed this plant yet because the soil ive been using is pretty good I got dynagrow grow and bloom for flowering are those good and should I feed the plant right now?

The white paper is still translucent but better than clear.
Leave her be for now.
There's enough nutes in that cup for that size plant.
It looks like it might actually make it.

Looks lir that plant has allot of recovering to do before you can think about topping it. Good Luck with it.

1500 watt is a bit extreme. I put mine under 9 Watt LED's and they do fine. Try finding a smaller light like a CFL or something.

don't think this plant will make it as the soil looks like wood chips(really crap quality) , pot it up in a larger pot full of good quality soil

I moved the plant from a 2.5 gal to a solo cup. And squirted a leaves w water.
You have just left it where it was ....
She is shocked from dog , overwatering, and now transplanting with even more misting.

It is a young sensitive plant , so just let her find her way back by just letting her be would have been better. Left in its original container under a single CFL ( not a big LED light ) for recovery.

Forget topping or anything else for AT least a few weeks let her get back before manhandling it again. And then you going to have to RE transplant again. As far as solo cup issue find an old plastic tumbler or go get a pack of red solos and slide that cup over your clear one.

Start another just in case.

Never used foxfarm ocean, just say it how I see it, don't like my soil full of lumps and you might want to take a closer look at the silver lines on the leaves as you have thrips all over your leaves
