Is this over fert or hear stress?

Hey guys how's it going I'm back lol been a while. Was wondering if anyone could take a look at my new girl and tell me what I'm doing wrong lol. Rich soil. just water.

Doesn't look like you're doing anything wrong. Obviously pH is a big deal, so you may want to look at that, but at the end of the day I'd let her grow some and don't sweat it.
 
To make the roots search for water, you should water along the outside of your soil rather than right where the stem is .
 
Here's how you read the leaf, tips and edges going upward is heat stress. Downward clawing of leaf tips indicates over feeding. That said, trying to read the single tip leafs is not worth the effort, wait for true leaves.
