never use foil...use mylar if you have to but flat white paint is the best

well just got done with my first grow(it was a male though..) and i worked fine i can find mylar around here

then why ask the question...

you asked...i gave you the best answer...if you didnt want to hear it, dont waste everyones time by posting questions

and im positive you have mylar near you...but if i told you where youd probably just have some kind of retort to that as well

The light is fine, a reflector for CFl is not really needed, just make sure lights are withine 3 inches of plant tops. You might consider trying to get 50-100 watts ( Actual) on each plant. Will take more lights.

ok thanks nodrama i got 26watt daylight ill hit up home depo but last time didn't find anything
