Is this nutrient solution good for flowering ?

My mom has this nutrient solution and I am wondering if its any good for my 2 plants that are now flowering.
Both plants have pistils developing but no trichomes visible yet , so since I dont have bloom nutrient due to low budget, I was wondering if this would be good.
Here are the NPK specs on the bottle:
N 3.5%
Water soluble phosphorus P2O5 3.5% ; P 1.5%
Water soluble potassium K2O 3.5% ; K 2.9%

Since I dont have any experience with nutes, could anyone gimme an opinion on what I have here

That should be fine. Contrary to popular forum belief, nutes don't make buds. The plant makes buds. All we have to do is give it what it needs to stay healthy. I have some strains in my garden that I feed "grow" nutes (9-3-6) all the way to harvest. Just keep it healthy and you'll be fine and so will your buds.
