Is this normal?

My seedling seems to be developing well, but I found these 2 little brown "hairs" coming out of the middle of the first fan leaves. Is it normal?

P.S.: I searched the forums for similar problems and couldn't find any threads relating to it.

looks fine. Leave it alone
 
Those brown "hairs" appear to be the next set of leaves...if they're brown you may have a problem.
Still leave her alone though, and maybe post a pic of her 24 hours later when things are a bit clearer...
 
she sprouted 6 days ago and since then i've just watered it twice (once before the germinated seed was planted and once yesterday) 'cause I live in a very humid place (60% is the lowest it gets). Haven't fed her any nutes, just plain 6.0pH water. The soil mix I'm using has some organic nutrients in it, but I haven't used any chemicals.
I have her on my veg station, under 100w of CFL, about 6cm away from the seedling.


Will post more pics tomorrow.
 
Quick Update:
As the day went by, the "brownish" color changed to a dark purple.
I'm growing a Kush variety. Maybe genetics?
Saw somewhere on the internet it might be cold temps, so turnd off the fan and managed to keep it at 24ºC, 60~65% humidity.

Weird.

That's good. Purple and kush can often go together, so maybe genetics.
Or temps ;-)
As long as it's moving away from your describing is as brown (:
 
Plants are extremely variable. I've seen bud grow out of a fan leaf. I'll say that again, a nug grow out of a fan leaf where the leaf blades connect to the leaf stem. I've seen albino tops that look very healthy and happy, but were light bleached. I've seen plants sweating balls of resin which tasted sweet, almost like a sugar cane but more lite (what? I had to taste it). Point of it, they do things you would never imagine. Don't worry about it, sit back, and watch the beauty begin. And 24ºC, 60~65% humidity is good for that age plant, could be a little more humid I think, but 60-65 will work just fine- I've worked with worse.
 
Day after!
Might have been temps. Managed to keep an estable 25ºC in the box, but had to turn the fan off.
The purple discoloring seems to be fading, giving place to a light beautiful green underneath.
Thinking back, there was one night where the temperature dropped to like 9ºC and the fan was turned on too. Prolly that.
