Is this normal?

Hey guys, got a silly simple question for you. I just turned off my HPS lamp and noticed that it still glows for a minute or so after the power if shut off. Is this normal for HPS bulbs?

Yes this is normal. You won't be able to start it back up until it goes out completely out either. :-)

i dont know what the problem is, but if you flush her with some good quality PH'd water with plenty of run off im sure it would help..
