#4 is not a male!!! if u r looking at the top left of that plant which looks alike male but thats the totally difftent plant behind it n thats y it seems like male but..ths plant hav not even shown its sex!!! zoom the pic n see ... so this is another pic m showing..see wat r u confused with!!

OP- to answer your specific question...Your plant is about a third of what it could be in growth. The fact that there is another plant in the same pot tells me it's not getting the perfect growing environment. Yellow leaves could be caused by a 100 different things.
