thats called foxtailing. it can be a trait of the strain , sativas do it, or some problem during flowering, sorry i cant be more spacific as to the cause of it. they look cool though

so there either stressed or its a strain trait, what strauin are you growing, maybe that info may help
No that is not normal flowering. You have nanners. They contain pollen and will seed your entire plant. Looks like they've been over fed nitrogen as well.
