Is this nitrogen deficiency?

This is a 3 week old blueberry autoflower plant, I'm a total noob so I made alot of mistakes, the leaves got some wind burn at the bottom of the plant but new growth seems alright, except for the fact that the new leaves are very pale and small, my light might have been too close to the plant but I'm still trying to get the ideal height. Please can someone help me out? I tried adding coffee grounds to the soil for more nitrogen the light is a diy cob LED I built with 3x 50w chips.

It does look hungry. You need to include more info on medium and any nutes you are using. Coffee grounds can be a source of N. I hope you used grounds that had already been used to brew coffee. Fresh, unused coffee grounds will only cause problems.

Yeah it is used grounds:) I saw coffee grounds mainly add nitrogen but almost no phosphorus or potassium, what can I use to make a tea for my plants with? I'm trying not to go to a gardening store since they are super expensive in my area

A bottle of Shultz 2-7-7 can be bought for a few bucks most anywhere. Epsomas Garden Tone or Plant Tone can be bought for under 10 bucks for a five pound bag. Both Epsoma products are complete with everything a plant needs. They even contain some beneficials. The options are endless. Like Gypsy said though, it's sounds like you have lots of reading to do. Just like anything there is a learning curve to container growing. But don't worry, it's much easier than some make it out to be.

Thanks guys, I live in South africa so getting the stuff I need is a bit of an issue because we pay a large premium for fertiliser or anything grow related the cheapest fertiliser starts at R500 or roughly 40$ for really crappy stuff and Blake I'll check out the link you sent but shipping to South Africa will most likely be an issue, but I appreciate all the help you guys give me thanks!

Go and have a look at some of the organic gardening threads, you should be able to ask the right people about teas there.
Not much point in us recommending various nutrients if you can get them locally.

Hey guys I have solved the problem with the yellowing leaves and the plant is growing at a reasonable pace but the leaves are still very small, does anyone know what kind of deficiency causes leaves to not grow bigger? I don't think it's a bad seed because the initial leaves in seedling phase were bigger than any seedling's leaves I've seen before but after the first 2 sets all the leaves since have been midgets, but other than that the plant is nice and bushy but my yield probably won't be as good as it could have been, I've tried to research what causes small leaf growth but the problem doesn't seem to be widely discussed in forums etc.
