Is this mold???

Hey guys just chopped down and plant and was trimming it and noticed one area that kind of looked like mold.

Well I chopped down the second plant as well. And both plant at about the upper half has that really white kind of web look. Basically all the plant that were cut from the upper top look like the pic on the right.

i'd say spider mites but it's hard to say 100% from the pics. judging from the way your leaves are all curled up and have burnt tips i'd say you have a humidity or heat issue and nute burn too.

Pix aren't steller but i see nothing. Looks like ya did a great job.
