Brought this clone home today and noticed this.... Is it something serious and will it spread to the rest of my plants? Thanks!

Around the stem looks like there is bugs, it blurs when I zoom so....

Doesn't look like PM. I'd give her a spray with diluted H2O2 or Green Cure or something similar and see if it comes back.

I posted this on FB and IG and the dispensary said that it was salt build up.
