Is this manganese? Yellow spots / checkered leaves ...Kickass ass pictures included

I had a 3 inch clone given to me 2.5 months ago in the bottom of a 2 liter soda bottle. I left it outside, and forgot about it. It didn't grow, became stunted, became dry, and suffered from barely any soil. Then one month ago I repotted it and watered it properly.

I am now trying to solve this yellow leaf problem that i have noticed for over a month.

I tried looking at previos posts, but I ended up confusing myself as yellow leaves seem to indicate many problems. The closest i could guess is that it has a manganese deficiency.

Can anyone shed some light?

Ladybugs!! They will eat those lil pests!
