is this grow room cannabis ready

i was just wanting to kno if this growbox was suitable in ur opinion to grow in or wat would u add or take away to make it better. keep in kind i am strapped of cash so ne thing cheap will b great.
timer set to 18-6 for veg
small fan to push air out (maybe could use stronger fan)
temp humidity and light setup

The foil should go - your closet walls (flat white) are a much better choice.
Speaking of which, why have a box in the first place? Why don't you just grow in that closet sans box?

loos the box brow and use the closet lol. it has a solid floor too. wow

Well I live in an apartment at the moment so that's y I have the box, if I trash he box how would I do ventilation in the closet w/o making a hole

But you are just ventilating into and out of the closet, No?
That won't work too well & it will get just as hot as without the box. Secondly your door into the box is very small & gonna make it impossible work in there.
Dump the box & just line the floor with a tarp or something, rig up some brackets to hang your lighting from.
