Is this good to use???

I have a box of these and i was wondering if its okay to use to grow with?

Yeah, but you if using those then you should also purchase the mini greenhouse trays that hold this soil containers. Plants will do well in them for first couple weeks but would of course need to be transferred once they are sprouted and going.
