is this enugh

Technically you could probably grow them, but they will be tiny and strectched and you might be able to get like 5 grams off it if you are lucky. Get some CFL's ( the spiral lights) from walmart or somthing. Im pretty sure the 30 watts do around 6000 lumens.
 
well a 400watt hps is around 48000 lumins (top of my head)
so for 4 plants i think you need a bit more m8

If you had an experience with foil you wouldn't be downing it and if you had bad experience with foil you fucked something up. I think you've read so many people downing it because they were told what to think. No way is foil inferior to white paper. Delude yourself all you want, I'll keep it green.

foil is bad. I use 400watt hps system and it puts out 55K lumens and my metal halide conversion bulb is I believe 38k. More light is def needed.

It's a matter of reflectivity, a fact not a personal preference...
