heyy. i just bought a 47W red CFL, to go with my other two 27W blue, and another 13W red CFL..i was jus wondering if this was good enough for two plants. that im flowering at 15 inch's

one is purp. and the other is a bag seed if that matters

You will need more, the more lumens the better. Cfl's don't penetrate the canopy that well, keep your plants on the short side short, remember they double in size during flowering.
