is this enough?

Hey all, im currently growing a cheesequake x kandy kush. Its on day 28, still in starter pot, and roots are coming out of the bottom, so need to transplant asap. Ive got 2 30w 6400k bulbs, 2 20w 4200k bulbs, 1 30w 2700k bulbs, 2 23 w 2700k bulbs and about 4 20w 2700k bulbs. I know I havent got many daylight ones, but will these bulbs be ok to grow one plant? the plant is quite small atm, on its 7th set of leaves, but very short. Bought a 20cm pot today, have bigger, but bought that one, and also, john innes number 2 compost and vermiculite. I need to transplant asap, and worried incase I dont have enough lighting. will the lights I have be ok for growing, bearing in mind what I have? I have lack of money, so cant go out and just buy whatever. For reflective material, I was thinking emergency blankets, or maybe even silver xmas wrapping paper? or if push comes to shove, aluminium foil? im aware of the downsides, but if its not bent much, surely, anything is better than nothing? I would paint the surfaces matt white, but all I have to grow with, is a fabric wardrobe, and cant exactly paint the sides of that lol. Have plenty of cardboard to attach to sides if needs be, but dont know how to attach it. For reflectors, was thinking, maybe a piece of wood, with eye hooks placed in the wood, and rope, to raise and lower board as needed? And as I have clamp cfls, clamp the cfls on the sides, so theyre over the top of the plant, and maybe, hang the other cfls to the sides of the plant?
Do you reckon this will work? as really need to transplant asap!

All seems like you're going in the right direction...you may want to repot into final tubs which will give her more room to stretch hr feet, and lessen any future repotting stress .

(And pictures! ;))

The light from CFLs degrades over a short distance. So, the trick is lots of bulbs, all close to the plant. Sounds like you can do that just fine. Reflective material can help, but since the light is bouncing around and increasing the distance, I'm not sure it matters as much in the many-small-CFL style of grow. Still, I used it in my CFL cabinet.

thanks :) im going to stick with the 20cm pots for now, as i only bought 13 liters of compost, and bigger pot takes about 18 liters. I suppose if I didnt do the reflective material, I could always throw a blanket over, just with it being fabric, its not the most lightproof, and I want to make it as stealthy as possible. So there should def be enough lightbulbs for one plant?
Def going to do the coke can reflector idea. Would get a couple more 6500s, but ran out of money lol. Do the 4200s not do anything useful?
Have a journal going, with pics :)

Paint any surfaces you want to reflect white. White paint reflects better than aluminum foil. Get any kind of card board.. baby diaper box.. cereal box.. condom box .... paint it white. If you can get a way to connect it to the sides. I'd use a screen too so everything is the same level and the bottoms get as much light as tops for more yield.

Rob that is a great idea regarding painting a cardboard box white! Working with what is available to us is the most any of us can do. Stonedpixie-- regarding how to fix those pieces of cardboard maybe try a strong durable brand of double sided tape or adhesive or maybe even a sticky adhesive putty of some sort maybe even using a hot glue gun. Just some random thoughts.

ive got loads of cardboard to use, was thinking about attaching it somehow, and the tips you gave rob and joe, are useful :) are the lights i mentioned enough for one plant? i need to find an ideal way in which to hang the lights from the top of the wardrobe, like on a pully or something, was thinking maybe string or something hanging from the railing on top, going down to s shaped hooks, that are attached to either individual lights, or a board with lights attached, and then tie the rope around the railing to adjust the height. and then lights hanging down the sides somehow, but before that, are there def enough lightbulbs?
need to get wire too, to attach the fan, as cant attach the fan straight to fabric, then prob do a diy carbon filter

ive just bought a couple more 6500k, 2 25w ones, so will 2 25w 6500k, 2 30w 6400k, 2 20w 4200k, 1 30w 2700k, 2 20w 2700k, and 2 23w 2700k bulbs be ok for one plant?

Stonedpixie that is looking good for your one plant. Just remember to keep them as close as possible, watch your temperatures, and allow good air exchange. For veg she is going to want more of the blue spectrum light so your 6400's and 6500's are optimum. When you switch to flower give her mainly lower spectrum 2700k with a couple blue spectrum added as supplemental. I think she is well in her way though:peace:
