is this enough light

this is my first grow. i started vegging on feb 14th. i just switched to flowering 2 days ago, and i was wondering is this a decent setup for my my plants. im doing a hydroponic cfl grow. im using 8 23 watt cfls with a lumens output of 1600 each. im on 12/12 schedule. is this enough light for my 1 plant ? advice pls..... also , y r some leaves drooping a lil ?:confused:

Your plant is looking awesome! Good job! 184w of CFL is definately enough for one plant. I cant tell if you have an upper reflector over those CFLs but if not I would definately suggest making one.
