Is this enough light?

I found a barrel shaped pretzel container that is 18 inches high, threw in a bubble stone. Pretty simple set up.

So far so good, but not sure if another light would be better. I have 1 65watt cfl, 4,200 lumens.

The plant is Morning Glory about 2wks old that I ordered from Dr. Chronic.

The chicken wire is to keep out a couple of curious cats, lol.

You have the bare minimum amount of lumens to substain growth. You really need more LIGHT.

yup alot more light - 65 watts is kool if u wanna grow clone roots ready for veggin - i wont try growing a plant with just 65watts! like roseman said, it wont substain growth! try and invest in a hps light!

most of the light comes off the side not the tip of the bulb. I've got more growth off a 15 watt cfl oriented that way with a reflector on 4 seedlings. Is that 6500 K light BTW
