Is this caterpillar turds?

Found this tonight in one of my outdoor plants. Sprayed with BT just in case

sorry, kinda looks like it. one year outdoors i had some type of worm burrow down the stalk itself. i cut it vertically to seem them inside. also when harvesting youll see worms crawl out in your dry room once the water evaporates.

Is it too late or can i still fight them off?
 
Didnt try outdoor for many years , indoors is the main job now. but see your pic not bad. hope happy harvest there and maybe next time try indoor to see if it's better .:weed:
 
Pic 3 is bud rot!

Not from bugs!

Cut that off and burn it. Do not touch the plant again, until you wash your hands very well.

As for the bug(s) ??
Don't see enough damage to even worry about it...

Ok cool. So those little black things aren’t caterpillar feces?
