Is this bulb any good?

no its not a good choice for bulbs. go out and spend a couple bucks on some 6000k cfls they will work much better

What you want when growing marijuana is about 50,000 lumens. That light will probably not even get you smokeable marijuana. I am doing a low lumen grow because of money and I am using fluorescent tube shoplights. Those put out about 3,000 lumens each. I would get some CFL's but you will need a bunch for 6 plants.
 
You'll need at least 3000 lumens per sq ft to make them grow, optimum is 7-10,000. The sun provides about 10,000 lumens per sq ft on a clear summers day.
Incandescents suck at growing plants, they put out more heat than useable light. That one you have produces a shade over 5 lumens per watt, compared to 60-70 for cfl and up to 150 for HPS.
 
Definitely need some better lights. The lumens on that are horrible. If your working on a budget you could still get 2or4pks of 3000-3500 Lumen lights for $10 or so.
 
i got cheap wal-mart brand CFL for a good price it was like 6$ and it came with 4,26w 2700k but i'm in flowering you need 6500k for veg
