Is this bud or just new leaves (PICS)

Iv put my timmer at 12/12 for just about a week now well it was like 2 weeks but i had light leaks . iv started to see these little sort of bud looking things growing but it could be just new leaves take a look see what u think below.:?

Im having some hight problems as you can see below would this fuck up the budding stage or not, im tying them back as best as i can but some of the leaves are getting burnt.

i dunno bout the first pic, but looks like jus leaves, gotta take care of light leaks, they fuck shit up :(
 
Those are just new leaves. I have a plant that is growing the same way. It looks like bud, but if you look at it real close, you see its just new growth. You are going to have some real height problems barely puting them in flower mode this late.
 
......not to be a dick, but do some research. cuz i don't take pics of my stuff, n im too lazy to do it for you
 
Damn if those actually flower the way they are supposed to you are really going to have issues with space there man.
 
looks to me u have a room problem, thinking a foot or two could be cut of for clones.

it would give u good numbers for a sog next time?
