The pictures are so blurry that it is impossible to make a guess. Are the white bumps growing on the plant or just stuck to the plant? Have you tried to wipe one off with a fingertip and see what happens? If so what came off or didn’t come off and if anything came off what was it like? Was it like a mold or a fungus or like Styrofoam or perlite or what?
yea i know the pictures suck and my cameras batteries are dead. there growing out of the stem i broke one off and it took a lil piece of the stem with it. so now theres a little indent were i broke it off
