Is this anything to worry about?

I just mixed up a new batch of nutes and pH'ed water this morning. 6 hours later and I'm seeing these little spots. I don't have a pH meter that works (I have two but neither of them work) so I had to guess at how much pH down to add. The first two pix are possible problems. The third pic shows the overall plant with somebody's hand there for scale.

did you splash solution on the leaves?

I can't remember. Not to worry tho, NGT said for me not to sweat the small stuff so I'm not. New leaves are coming faster than the lower ones can die off so I'm good, LOL.
