Baby seedling is about 2 weeks old, it's already producing an aroma, thinking it's going to be a female?

My second one hasn't produced a smell yet

(Both where feminized seeds)

Light:
16-8

pH:
6.0-6.5

Nutes:
1/2 Strength (Micro/grow)

Ferts:
None
 
different phenotypes have different traits during the grow. most smell but some may not. by far most do smell and it's not an indication of it becoming a male or female. GL

makes sense :] thank you! Had my fingers crossed it was an early sign lol.
 
i like growing 12/12 from seed. You can tell the sex of the plants quickly, and you don't have to wait as long to get some good herb
 
Odd, every thing I've read for growing from seed says 16/8 to 18/6. 12/12 in veg can prolong it's growth if you're trying to force pre flowers. Though I don't have any experience in that field, so I can't say if it's true or not. Though I do prefer the longer days, grows nice strong stalks to carry the heavy buds!
