Is this an early sign of over-fertilization?

So as my plants began to bud I upped the nutrients I was giving them (I'm using a flood table). Shortly after that I noticed the leaves were looking dry. They were still as dark green and perky as could be, but the looked a little wrinkly and felt crispy. At first I thought it was just because its really dry in my grow room, but now I am seeing definite signs of over fertilization. It seems to me this dryness is the earliest visible indication to back off on the nutes. What do you guys think?
