Is this a reputable guide + 1 more question a/b # of cc's

Hey everyone, wanting to try to grow shrooms for the first time. I know there are those $150.00 kits and all, but from my reading, it seems this can be done much more inexpensively. If I follow these steps, is this a good guide?

Also, I think I'll be ordering from Ralphsters.com I can't find anywhere on their sight how many cc's come in one syringe. If I were to create ten 1/2 pint cakes using .5 cc of spore solution per cake, do I order 1 or 2 syringes? I'm assuming they come in 10 o 20 cc size? Thanks.

i think they all come in 15 cc sizes, but it's been awhile, for some reason that number sticks out in my crawl..

and any shroom questions, check out the shroomery if you already haven't..

Thanks. Yup, I've been to that sight, but don't seem to find it to be as user friendly as this sight...and besides, I know I can trust certain people on this sight to give solid advice--like you for instance! Thanks racerboy!
