it means your plants could be stressed somehow. Mine did that when a fan was to harsh on mine. I seen this happen from over watering too. Im sure there are various other things that happen. Just calm down let them grow. They will live

I have had a fair amount of seedlings show purple like this. A number of people here experience it from what I have read. It usually goes away when they get a bit larger. I wouldnt worry if they aren't larger established plants showing purple striping on the stem.
On another note, 2 weeks from when it broke soil? or when you put it in soil? Looking a bit small. Maybe some more light? Or maybe your light is too far away? Hard to say without more info. But it looks fine otherwise.

i have had plenty of seedlings, even some in my current grow, that had purple stems and it is 100 percent ok it also depends the strand and how old it is. some may stay a darker color.

No, I highly doubt its a problem(like 99.9999999999% sure). how small it is is a problem though, whats your lighting and how far away from the plant?

Dont look at the stem for problems LOL peep the leaves son and those leaves looks delicious... my stems always go from purple to green and dependent if I have the fan rocking the bottom will start looking like a tree trunk LOL like brown and wrinkly like Bark

Thanks helped me alot almost thought about adding more nutirents...but i notice it broke the surface about week ago. im using 1 florecent 26watts about 4 inches from the plant itself. I have 3 more florecents for my other seedlings waiting to sprout and each seedling will get there own light. Until they get a better size for upgrade for lights.
