Using FFOF and had a lot of rain think it washed out the lime so I add more, hope it fixes the problem

Yep, Looks like a leaf miner to me..

just a ? it looks like you are using potting soil?? why would you put lime in potting soil?

Lime is used to raise Ph in soils that are too acid..

im using the same soil too never got that issue could be a bud issue though, idk why you'd put lime in the soil too fox farms is already good as is and it has a ph adjustment to 6.5 in the soil already so i think adding lime is going to make it worse.
