If they are they're the strangest looking seedlings I've ever seen. From the pics I can see seeds, whether they're empty or not I can't tell.

Why did you decide to use landscaping mulch instead of soil?

Well it said flower soil and i thought it'd work fine. Guess ill try something different next time.
There is something in the middle of the two leaves on top.. Almost like a few more leaves or something trying to sprout out. I hope it is..

Cotyledons look wrong to me.
I don't think it's Cannabis.

Grow it and smoke it.. We'll know from the smoke report how real it is...

That is a marijuana plant. The "thing" in the middle of the two leaves are more leaves coming out. Youre fine, no need to worry. Heres some pics of mine, its about 2 1\2 weeks old.

It's not marijuana. Plenty of plants have leaves that look similar to marijuana.

100% don't look like Cannabis but who knows ...Sounds kinda fishy to me that you have them but don't know what they are lol

I planted them along with a bunch of other plants in my garden. They were planted like a month ago, came up then died. And now some just came up last week.. Kinda weird. I was wondering if seeds from weeds around my garden may have blown into my garden and sprouted up,, and may not be marijuana at all

yeh i agree the seed leaves look too big and the wrong shape
and it has too many hairs on the stem
