Is this a magnesium deficiency?

Hello everyone...

* six White Skunk
* CFL grow (4 x 42W and 2 x 26W)
* soil is Happy Frog potting soil
* Temperatures between 72F - 78F
* Were watered a couple times a day for a while but I've stopped that a few days ago

The problem is that the leaves are browning on the older leaves and some are twisting and bending upward. This seems to be a magnesium deficiency, but wanted to confirm that.

What would you guys say the best course of action is? I tried creating the epsom salt/water solution and sprayed it on the leaves and undersides with a generic spray bottle, but a day later they don't really show signs of improvement.

Any tips? See attatched pictures! All plants are showing the same signs.

Give them a few days. Typically once the leaves brown they don't recover. New growth will be healthier though. It doesn't look that bad so I would not stress too much if I were you. Don't overdo it with epsom salts. You can do som serious damage with it if you are not careful. Just rember, Doing too much will kill a plant quicker than doing nothing. Be patient and I'm sure they will be fine.
