Is this a Hermie?

So I have started on my first grow. I have read VOLUMES of info from around the net as well a LOT of great posts from RollItUp. All I can say is that I LOVE this place. RollItUp has been the best resource online so far. Kudos to everyone making this an awesome place!

So anyway... the back story is this. I started my grow with blue flouros. I wasn't aware of the need to change light spectrum upon attempting to flower. Almost two weeks into 12/12, I only had one plant (out of 5) start to flower. The thing is, it never formed white hairs, it just started budding.

I have since changed my lighting situation and have introduced multiple red CFLs. Thing are starting to look up. Out of my five plants. EVERY ONE OF THEM has turned out to be a female. Pretty sweet eh?

So yeah, the one that started budding before the others has me worried. I am wondering if it is a hermie and am hoping some of you can help me determine this. Please reference the first picture.

I would also like to know if the fact that this plant started budding under poor blue light conditions is a sign of a strong plant. I am going to select one out of the five as my mother. I plan on using two DWC buckets from here on out.

Anyway, please help me out if you can. I have included some extra photos for you all to check out my setup.

The good news is it's not a hermie....The bad news is it's a male. Yep. 100% dude. Sorry.

In case you're curious, I swapped out two of the flouros for red bulbs. The two bulbs in the rear flouro are still blue. I may swap those two bulbs out for red as well. Chime in if you think I ought to.

I use mixed spectrum and I think I get better results than when I used single spectrum.

pure male plant

the grow FAQ's are back up...GrowFAQ... section two gives great examples of flowering and sexing of plants
I've read over a bunch of stuff on sexing. I was expecting to see scrotum-like appearance on my plants if they were males. I'll check over it though. I definitely see pronounced white hairs on the remaining 4 plants. :D

Thanks again for the help!

ok, that sucka's DEAD!

I had no idea the root system would have been that developed.
