Is this a herme? flowering much slower than others

Am I being paranoid or should I get rid of this one, seems to be flowering much slower than the others

are there balls or hairs between nodes. if there is both it is a hermie

No balls I can see, just not a whole lot of bud. I'm guessing its just a late bloomer as not all my plants are the same strain. I did stress this particular plant somewhat by my clumsy actions. I taped back the bent/snapped branches with regular electrical or pvc tape and hope that it repairs. Is that enough to keep the plant going or is it going to die 4 sure?

Also I'm wondering why so many people bother posting very lame pics of their seedlings in soil grown in a window. I mean if your plants aren't even making it that far consider actually spending some money.

Get closer pictures please kinda looks hermie but pictures are far away cant really tell if its pods or just funny picture. Get another picture closer midlle of the plant please from same angle as second picture. Dont use flash yo.

looks fine to me my friend - some plants are smaller than others depending on the stability of the strain
