Is this a green lacewing or something destructive.

It’s been perched on top of my plant’s flower since this morning.

Looks more like a leafhopper. I don’t see the big clear wings that lacewings have.
If it’s a leafhopper, get it out of there.

Looks like a grasshopper to me. Cute but destructive.
