I am using a 150 watt plant light bulb is the light OK? My plant is 2 weeks old but the flowers are small as hell.

No it's not a good bulb and your plant cannot be flowering yet.

what is a plant bulb......whats the brand and type of light. Chances are this is not what you need............maybe a pic of the light?

The way i understand it, many of those types of lights are just for ambient light, rather than for producing the spectrum needed for plant growth
They are supposed to cast a nice shade of light on the plant so it's pleasant to look at.
It'll look much more pleasant under a 400w mh/hps ^_^
