Is this a good light to use cfl 300w???

Found this while wondering around home depot . its not a neutral color its soft white , but can i use this , will it yield good results u think???

thats a 68w cfl, not 300w. you could grow with it, sure, but lighting and all that should be based on your setup and grow plans. yeild also depends on that.
