is this a good deal?

Im selling a Sun System 600 watt HPS hooded light with 600watt ballast and an extra 600 watt HPS bulb that was $70 and all equipment is barely used. Also a 400 watt MH light with reflector adjustable hood. Also an Eb and flow system with 250 watt T5 Light, also has small squirrel fan and pumps. Over $1800 new, $450 just for the 600 watt hps and ballast alone. Great for growing indoor vegetables. Will take $450 firm for everything
