a nutrient lockout would cause a nutrient deficiency, too much of one can lack out others
they look like they were over fed to me, youngins prolly good with compost for awhile

The timing is about right for that. They were fed 2 mornings ago. Does this justify a flush?

I wouldnt flush.
I would use plain water until you see the need for fertilizer then go half at first.

The rest look good so I was probably on the fence with fert quantity
