2 days into flower, i notice these ugly brown spots on some leaves including newer growth, plus some older leaves yellowing and dying off, could it be a cal-mag deficiency or is it something else? using fox farm nutes and soil

looks deficient but only you'd really know. check your runoff and it would tell you much more than anyone of us can guess.

Have you fed any Big Grow or Tiger Bloom? If not I would fed a full dose of 2 tsp spoons if I still use Fox Farm's nutes. I switched to Advance Nutes with the ffof it cost twice the price but my buds are twice the size
You could post a whole plant pic the runoff will be low ph and really high ppms because the runoff test isn't actuate.....
