I just bought something like this, i bought a 400 watt hps/mh for 145.00 usd, got it from led wholesalers on amazon and it was a very good quality i was not sure if i should have bought it at first then when it arived on time !! I opened it and was very surprised on how well it was made. I would recommend this light to anyone!!!

Looks like it will work fine, probably not the most efficient hood but will do the job

what size ducting would i get for this cooltube??

probably 4-6", now your gonna have to invest in a inline fan also... Just remember that unless your sucking air in from outside (and its actually cold outside) or a real cold room the room temp air isn't gonna cool the bulb down that much
