Is there such thing as too much wind?

TLDR;
1. IS THERE SUCH THING AS TOO MANY FANS IF HUMIDITY IS SUFFICIENT?
2. AM I FACING MAGNESIUM LOCKOUT DUE TO HIGH SOIL PH? (pics included)

In my grow room I have 4x 16" blade oscillating fans, 1 small oscillating fan, and my evaporative cooler has very powerful oscillating fans (even on lowest setting, it pushes quite a bit of air).

My plants seem very healthy and happy, so I'm hesitant to change anything, but it just concerned me that perhaps my plants are getting too much wind. Occasionally the plants have shown minor upward twisting on parts of the leaves, usually during periods of lower humidity, but the problem has been correcting itself within days. I'm wondering if its simply a problem of the fans occasionally drying out a few leaves a bit? All of the fans are oscillating in a rhythm such that most leaves of the plants have some form of air flow nearly perpetually. I also mist my plants, with particular focus on the undersides of the fan leaves, 1-2 times per day, usually in the middle of the day when the humidity dips a bit.

My other concern is perhaps it's a slight magnesium deficiency due to slightly high pH. I tested the pH in the soil of my mothers and a few random test plants, and showed my mothers at ~6.9-7 pH and the main crop ranging from 6.5-6.9 pH. Overall, the plants are looking very healthy, and show no signs of stunted growth, should I test pH down on a single plant to see if it reacts positively, or should I stick to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? (the mothers are showing signs of nutrient lockout, so I will definitely be buying pH down for them anyway).

I also recently noticed a leaf twisting sideways, which looks even more like Magnesium deficiency to me.

Background:
Clones in Soil
water pH: ~6.8-7
soil pH: ~6.5-6.8
room temps: 74-77 during the day, 72-74 at night
plant age: ~19 days since transplanted into veg room
plant size: ~8"-12"
container size: 5 gallon bags, filled with 2.5-3 gallons of soil
soil mix: happy frog soil, peat moss, earthworm castings
watering: when top ~2" of soil is dry, saturating until runoff
nutes: none yet
lights: 3x 4-foot, 6-tube T5 flourescents

Pics: (note: the effect has been worse and more common in the past, is currently restricted to very minor cases on 1 leaf per plant on maybe 10 of 16 plants)

It seems to be happening more commonly on lower leaves.

Also just noticed on another plant, 1 of the leaves is turning bright lime green on one side, and the veins of a few of her other leaves are turning bright green. Do I need to add nutrients already or should I try lowering my pH first? Can ~6.9 pH lockout more than just Magnesium?
