Is there anything wrong with this plant?

So I'm on my first grow and have 6 plants (4 different strains). The reason behind having multiple strains is that I wanted to see what different types of indica / sativa grow like. I'm glad I did it.

But one of my plants has a top with some leaves that are underdeveloped / curling under (see pic). Is this normal? This plant is 20% sativa, and my full sativa has a similar "problem".

I also included a pic of my grow area. Most of those tops are from one monster plant!

Looks like heat stress, whats the temps?

Its a little hard to tell from the color of your lighting in the pic, but the problem in your pic look a lot like this...which is described as being a likely over fertilization problem in the sticky threads at the top of this forum. ::shrug:: Just taking a stab in the dark though.

If you can get a picture that has been taking in lighting a bit less yellow, that might help to diagnose.

I can't take the yellow out of the picture, it's from my light.

But here are some more pics. The leaf sets have deformed (small, curling) outer leaves, and some are just all small and curling.

Otherwise the plant is healthy. It's in hydro with House and Garden ferts at suggested strength. 5th week of flowering. Ph ~5.8.

Only the top has this problem.

"Only the top has this problem."

400w light the plant should be 6 inches away, 600 w light the plant should be 10 inches away, 1000 watt light it should be atleast a foot away... and thats in an enclosed air cooled..

It's 10" away from a 400w light. That's too close?

check this link:
http://www.ganjaguerrilla.net/

...it contains folders of pictures of many deficienies....good luck.

I looked through there and didn't find any picture of plants with underdeveloped leaves.

I checked the Ph and it's 5.9. It stays consistently there between reservoir changes.

Heat stress makes the most sense to me so far so I moved the fan to blow the heat from the light away from the plant. Will see if this helps.

Any other ideas / suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Looks normal to me.

The plant is putting it's energy into flowers, and draining energy from the leaves
