is there anything wrong with my pistils??

Its been 2 days now that i started noticing my pistils turning reddish /brown and looks to be dying if you tell by the pic.
some of the other flowers have a few red pistils too.
I am using the aerogarden
Fox farm big bloom
lights are above 12 inch

hopefully anybody can tell whats wrong with the pistils on the pic's.

Well I grow in soil so no real help here... but that leaf curl should tell ya something is not right.
Brown tips and leaf curl are signs of overferting in soil, in an aerogarden, not sure, sorry.

Everything was going good up until a couple of days ago .
Along with the curling leaves and stunted growth NOW I noticed that there is a few red/dead pistils that fell from the flower

Dang it man.
 
damn id like to know what that is. i always wondered if over fertilizing can cause your pistils to die. i use fox farm fertilizers and granular fertilizers for the flowering cycle and had a plant with all the bottom fans die off. so i manicured it and have just the green growth after trimming all brown spots on the plants especially the fan leaves. i dont understand why my 2 other plants arent having the same problem, but theyre fine. during the early flowering cycle i use 2-8-4 every watrering and 5-45-19 every other watering for now. i dont understand how pistils turn brown all the sudden and fall off and the leaves curling and stuff. thats too bad those buds look nice.
 
Thats what i did last night ,trimmed some of the leaves and fan leaves that were looking pretty bad .
I know that its not a good thing during flowering but desperate times ...
I also have another plant that seems to be O.K. but Im keeping a very close watch on her now .
 
both the plants are about 11 weeks now.
What I did about a week and and half ago was spray (mist)the plants with water for a couple of days-I forgot I did that ,Do you think maybe that would be a problem?

how long has she been flowering

read on here that in flowering she pulls stuff she stored from the leaves into the flower. could be what is going on, kinda like fall with
all the colors was another person. maybe too many nutrients.could be water on the top causing pistil death though I doubt it.

light seems far away for CFL's.you know your ph or PPM of water?

Still an Noobie tho got my own aerogarden and got two clones one bagseed dunnoyet.raising mothers till I can afford another just for flowering .All runnin great for 16weeks on 17/7(herb) now,tho the girls are still really small....so weird
 
This weird. My white pistils turn amber/brown at night, then back to white during the day. I'm not hallucinating... my wife checked them out too and tried to get me to harvest, but lo and behold, the next morning they were white again! What gives?
 
the pistils are supposed to turn amber/brown and begin withering when it is time to harvest but those plants don't look ready to harvest yet.
