I'm purchasing two 190 Area51 lights for my 4'W x 4'L x 6' H cabinet. Area51 lights do not supply UVB therefore I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive alternative that could supply 4-6 plants UVB lights.

Thanks

bro why dont you use uvb lights for reptile terrariums you can pick them up at any pet shop

I've considered that and originally was going to but I'm the UVB output won't be the as high as needed and I wasn't wanting a bunch of bulbs exposed unless I had to. Unfortunately I think I'll suck it up and go that route.

Thanks friend!!

The cost of effective led UV b emitters makes the fluorescent option the only feasible one ATM........so happy shopping grower

The reptile uvb t5 bulbs are your best option. No florescent bulbs are made in the U.S. E.P.A. Banned production in the U.S. A very long time ago. They are all made in china, Japan, and Europe.

First you don't need much ~ <5% overall wattage and it doesn't need to on but ~ from 11-3 each day, so a separate timer

Get a small reptile fixture/bulb ~ 10", or a regular A19 type

Put it between the A 51s. Done
