Is there a light that can do both vegitation and flowering process in 1?

Mixed LED lighting or mixed Florescent's. They sell Floros that are full spectrum. Which covers Veggin and Flowering. I have had success using only 2 of these full spectrums, in a 10 bulb 4 ft setup.
