Is Shultz bloom builder(10-54-10) good for flowering?

I'm currently using shultz plant food (10-15-10) for veg... does anybody know if Shultz bloom builder (10-54-10) is any good for flowering?

I would stick with the 10-15-10 for flowering too, you could try the 10-54-10 2-3 times during flowering, its just a booster, to high to feed all the time. I used to use the 10-15-10 w/ molasses and superthrive (dr.budgreengenes mix). Try the booster at half strength for the first watering after you switch to 12/12, then maybe in the middle once, then once right before flush.
