Is She Ready?

This is my very first grow and I am not 100% sure when to harvest so here is a few pics, can anyone tell me if they are ready or close?

thanks for the responses. The original pics you can actually see the trichs; some have turned amber but mostly on the other edges of the buds. I guess this site resized the images, but since they were beyond huge I guess that is a good idea. my biggest issue is that I do not know exactly what I am looking for concerning the trichs
 
you want about 50/50 cloudy/amber. Then you'll know rather to go more or less amber your next time around. more amber=more couch lock.
 
she is a local strain called "Knee Bomb"
she was a gift for my bday from my brother, not a bad gift if you ask me.
 
I think I still have a few days but here is a few more pics. please tell me what you think, I really want to pull her at the perfect time
