did you get a chance to determine sex first, they don't always turn hemie but inconsistent photo periods can cause herm plants jut minimize stress to the plant if you can.
looks to be growing fine how close do you have your lights? with fluorescents its ok to have them as close as 2" as long as you have good air circulation and you don't spray your plants/ leave water droplets on the leaves while the lights are on
hey its decent it is a bagseed and looks to be indica strain wich are typically shorter anyway
i just about killed all of my seedlings my first grow by spraying them with the lights on them the water acted like magnifying glass and burnt my leaves, i haven't herd of using b12 but if your on budget sometimes crushed asprin will work.
yeah it seems like the last week has helped quite a bit. it will be fine your growth rate has sped up and will continue to. i'd add more light, try to get10,000 lumens a square foot. what color spectrum u using? u should use 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower
