is pressing rosin "processing"?

100% absolute. “Processing” is defined as any method used to prepare marijuana or its byproducts, including but not limited to: drying, cleaning, curing, packaging, and extraction of active ingredients to create marijuana related products and concentrates. Add one nickel or two baggies to the scene and "for commercial sales" is added to your charge.

Nothing is illegal if nobody knows about it. Let your morals guide you -not the law, avoid them at all costs.

subcool tells a story about a friend of his who was recently busted "just" for having a glass tube with residue in it. They charged him with processing rosin because the tube is typically used for bho blasting. He was under plant count and had a legal amount of weed. They didn't even find concentrates.

That I think was in CA.
