lol,soo i gotta flush my two plants.SOMETHING is inbalanced and i fed the one some CALMAG water and now i need to flush it through.

ive never flushed,as this is my first grow.and im thinkin about doin it in my shower.

U LET THE WATER GENTLY RUN THROUGH THE SOIL RIGHT UNTIL U SEE IT COME THROUGH THE HOLES......??????

THEN IF IM TRANSPLANTING,DO I PULL KINDA ON IT AND BRUSH AWAY THE SOIL.....

HOW DO I DO IT EXACTLY.
I DONT WANNA SHOCK THEM TOO MUCH

THANX FOR THE HELP:joint:

transplant when the soils dry, or it will crumble and then you can say bye to your roots.

although showering with your plants fun! im not sure why you would do it. lol ;D

if im reading this right, careful the pressure from the shower head is not to much for the plants, if there budding i wouldn't do it cause of mold risk, i think its something like 3 gallons to gallon of soil, i washed the dirt off my roots before transplant just very very gently then plant in all new dirt, dont know how others do this

u leave the soil and roots alone or it will shock and maybe not recover. dont u got a hose why the shower

i need to flush them soo i thought doin it in the shower would b legit :)

soo should i flush them in the shower then wait until the soil dries up???? then transplant....i was thinkin ther was a way of transplanting and flushing them tonight.maybe transplant then flush???but what about the new soil???

Flushing - use non-chlorinated, PH'd water & I use around 3X the soil volume - 4 gallon pots, 12 gallons of water. Dump it in as fast as it will drain out the holes.
Transplanting - Prep your receiving pot, dig a hole a bit deeper than you think you'll need. Squeeze doner pot sides to loosen the plant & gently remove it, place it in the new dirt somewhat deeper than it was originally. Water generously with non-chlorinated, PH'd water with the recommended amount of Super Thrive.
Viola - you're done.

haha yea i got a hose.i dont wanna get my backyard all wet and dirty, plus its dark.shower=water plus drain.

i was worried about shocking them.THEY REALLY need a flush though.

im thinkin of flushing them with pure water then waiting until the soil is dry then transplanting.

IM REALLY WORRIED about over watering...doesnt flushing involve doing this to the plant??????!

Over watering takes time, flushing is kind of the rare occurrence - dump the water in & let them drain, then dry out a bit. Transplant and water well again
Doing this in the shower shouldn't be an issue, however I'd refrain from using straight tap water because of the chlorine.
